Some experiences need more time and steadiness than a single session can hold. Therapy intensives offer a longer, focused time online, a few hours in one sitting to explore what has been held inside, move through stuck places, and find new understanding in a deeper way.
If you’re beginning therapy for the first time, Individual Therapy offers a gentler weekly rhythm to begin exploring your story before moving into deeper intensive work. Intensives are a good fit if your schedule does not allow for weekly sessions, or if you want to make meaningful progress within a shorter time frame.
They are for moments when you sense that your usual rhythm of therapy is not quite enough, when you want to stay with something longer, to soften what has felt unreachable, or to work through a particular theme with gentle attention. Each one is carefully structured around your needs and pace. Some clients choose an intensive to focus on themes of Grief or trauma, giving these tender experiences more uninterrupted space and care.
Virtual Format: 2 – 6 hours online
For: Individuals, couples, or focused personal work
Includes: Breaks, reflection, grounding practices
Because they are held virtually, you can take part from the comfort of your own space, surrounded by what helps you feel grounded and safe. Breaks, movement, and rest are woven in so that the process remains steady and contained.
You might choose an intensive to focus on one area of your life, or simply to give yourself the time you have been needing to listen inward and reconnect. Together, we create space that allows real depth without rushing.
