A Gentle Place to Begin

Online trauma therapy, grief counselling, sex therapy, and virtual couples counselling in Ontario and British Columbia.

Welcome to Heartsprout Therapy, a warm and compassionate online therapy practice for individuals and couples in Ontario and British Columbia. I support people navigating grief, trauma, relationship disconnection, intimacy concerns, anxiety, burnout, and the tender work of finding their way back to themselves.

Healing does not have to happen all at once. It can begin quietly, in the moments you let yourself pause, breathe, and be seen. This is where gentleness begins to take root.

Offerings

Individual Therapy

A space to understand yourself with care. Together, we make room for what feels heavy and gently explore anxiety, burnout, ADHD, trauma, grief, self-worth, life transitions, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, and relationship stress.

Couples Therapy

Every relationship has seasons of distance and closeness. Couples counselling may help you and your partner work through communication difficulties, recurring conflict, emotional distance, trust concerns, resentment, intimacy struggles, and painful cycles. Therapy can help you rediscover connection, safety, and the desire to grow together.

Grief & Loss Therapy

Grief changes everything. Here, your loss has room to breathe, to be witnessed, and to soften in its own time. Therapy can provide a steady place to process loss, loneliness, identity changes, complicated grief, and the quiet ways grief continues to live in everyday life.

Sex & Intimacy Therapy

Intimacy begins with feeling safe in your own body and with each other. Therapy offers support for low desire, sexual shame, intimacy concerns, communication about sex, changes in desire, pain-related concerns, mismatched libido, and rebuilding closeness with yourself or a partner.

Therapy Intensives

Sometimes healing needs more space than an hour can hold. Intensives offer an immersive, focused time to slow down, reconnect, and move through what feels too big to carry alone.
