Individual Therapy

Reconnect with yourself.

You have carried a lot. Some days it sits heavy in your body, other days it drifts like a fog that will not lift. It takes courage to turn toward what feels painful. Whether you’re in Ontario, British Columbia, or elsewhere in Canada, individual online therapy offers a gentle place to begin again, to breathe, and to move gently toward what needs care.

You may be moving through grief, trauma, anxiety, burnout, or the quiet ache of self-doubt. You might be living with ADHD, another neurodivergent experience, feeling disconnected from yourself, or simply tired from trying to keep everything together. If you are navigating the ache of loss, Grief Therapy offers space to honour what has been lost and find small moments of steadiness together. Whatever brings you here, you deserve care that sees the whole of you including your mind, your body, your emotions, and the ways you have learned to keep going.

Together, we begin where you are. We move gently, with curiosity and care, exploring what feels heavy, what still aches, and what helps you feel more at home in yourself. Therapy is not about fixing who you are. It is about creating space for rest, for listening, and for healing to unfold in its own time.

what individual therapy can help with

Some feelings stay quiet. A sense of pressure that never lifts. The worry that you should be coping better by now. The heaviness that sits in your chest even on good days.

Therapy offers space to pause and make gentle sense of what you have been carrying. Together, we begin to notice the patterns that shape how you see yourself, such as perfectionism, self-doubt, people-pleasing, anxiety, or the weight of grief and burnout.

My approach is relational and compassion-focused, rooted in attachment and self-understanding. We move at a pace that feels safe, exploring what has shaped you and what is beginning to change.

Individual therapy can support you with anxiety, ADHD, depression, identity transitions, and the quiet ache of disconnection. You do not need to have everything figured out to begin. This space is here to help you find steadier ground within yourself.

What if I’m not sure what I need help with?

You do not have to have everything figured out to begin therapy. Many people come because something feels heavy, uncertain, or confusing, and they want space to make sense of it. You are welcome to start wherever you are.

What can individual therapy help with?

Therapy can support you with stress, anxiety, trauma, low mood, self-esteem, identity questions, ADHD, burnout, or relationship struggles. Together, we look at what feels hard, what has shaped your patterns, and how you want to move toward more ease and understanding. If your challenges often show up within your relationships, you may also find Couples Therapy or Sex Therapy helpful spaces to explore those dynamics together.

How We Can Work Together

Each person arrives for their own reasons. What matters most is that you feel safe enough to begin.

My practice is affirming and inclusive of all people, welcoming the many ways grief and identity intersect. I hold space for those grieving loved ones, relationships, identities, health, or the life they thought they would have. However your loss shows up, it deserves care, patience, and to be met without judgment.

I offer individual therapy virtually in Vancouver, Toronto, across British Columbia and Ontario, as well as throughout Canada. If you would like to begin, we can start with a complementary consultation to see whether this feels like the right fit for you.
